Overseas property investors have been focusing on the smaller cities in Poland as the markets in the older cities of Krakow and Wrasaw have matured and may not make such good returns in a short space of time. The smaller cities of Poznan, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Lodz and others have been providing phenomenal returns to investors recently and this looks set to continue.

Poland is a boom country at the moment, the property market is booming, so is the economy. Poles are becoming richer and those poles who have invested in their own property market are making fantastic returns. Some overseas property investors have reported 100% returns very quickly. An investment in Poland is surely a good idea.
